An 8 mile walk
Starts at Riverside Park Nature Reserve (GU4 7ND). Meet at car park in Bowers Lane off Clay Lane. The walk is on the edge of Guildford by the Wey Navigation, flat with two stiles and should see some wildlife. Lunch, a picnic in Send. Walk starts 10 a.m.

Meet at the free Ranmore Common car park in Ranmore Common Road about a mile west of the church and on the left just before Hogden Lane. Nearest postcode RH5 6SY. The walk traverses Ranmore Common and passes the Polesden Lacey estate, Westhumble, Denbies Wine Estate and returns along a short section of the North Downs Way.

Start from Abinger Roughs car park (near RH5 6QS) at 10 a.m. Lunch a picnic or use a pub in Gomshall. National Trust class it as fairly strenuous – one steep hill and steep descent. Woodland, farmland, grassland and open countryside with pretty Gomshall en route.
